F-14 (Pueblo Weisbrod Aircraft Museum)
We disassembled this F-14 at NAS Pensacola (National Naval Aviation Museum) in September of 2026. The Pueblo Weisbrod Aircraft Museum was able to safe this aircraft and give it a new home. This project had some challenges along the way with the biggest one being transport. If you were to drive from Pensacola FL to Pueblo CO on the fastest route it is 1,300 miles.
Due to the 22 foot wide F-14 fuselage our route was 2,700 miles and 12 state. the states we traveled through were: FL, AL, MS, TN, KY, IN, IL, IA, MO, NE, KS and CO. In total it took 2 weeks to travel the route with FL, AL and NE being night move.
After reassembly the team at the museum would begin their detailed restoration process.
